Preparation for Shipping
- We will pack and fulfill all ready stock items within 2-3 business days (please note some of our leather straps are handmade to order and will require a lead time of 7-12 working days excluding weekends and holidays). Do note that our leather straps are fully handmade and each strap takes up to 5 hours to be completed so this is our estimated timeline at a best effort basis. The advantage is that you will receive a fresh strap and not leather that has been stowed in storage for certain periods.
Shipping Method (Local - Singapore)
- Singapore Postal Service, with tracking number, free for all local orders
- Delivery duration: usually 2-3 business days
Express Shipping Method (International)(Due to COVID19, please click here for latest shipping related updates)
- DHL Worldwide Express (this is the fastest courier on the market bar none)
- Delivery duration: usually 2-4 business days to major destinations worldwide (excluding packing and fulfilment turnaround time)
- We offer direct custom clearance for EU countries (parcel will be delivered directly to you and all costs will be settled upon checking out on our website)
Economy Shipping Method (International)(
- Economy airmail by postal service, with tracking number (currently shipment to Russia and Ukraine is suspended)
- Delivery duration: usually 12-20 business days
- Packages are sometimes subjected to inspection and clearance by customs of destination country, the final leg of delivery will be carried out by your country's official National Post service.
Process for Delayed/Lost Shipment
- Please contact us for assistance if your parcel does not arrive by the 18th business day from the date of mailing.
- We will engage the postal service to investigate on the status of parcel.
- Once investigation concludes parcel is missing, we will provide full refund.
- The postal service will only accept request for investigation earliest on 18th business day from the date of mailing, and investigation can take up to 2 months, we seek your kind understanding on this matter
